The cultural voice at present is to always be busy. Family life has become task orientated and it can feel as though we are always ''doing'' .
Family Yoga encourages families to connect, have fun, improve relationships and body awareness. Once a month it gives families a chance to come together without the concerns of routines, sport, homework, etc. Our family yoga practice is either weaved through a story, a game, or the use of suitable props, and occasionally live music. The focus is on breath and movement, and overall well-being , with the session always ending with a family relaxation.
